official rules — tickets

These rules are part of the terms. The name of the legal operator and the governing law are set out in the terms.

for fun only

Rush is an entertainment service. Everything on Rush that uses tickets is for fun.

Tickets are not money. They have no cash value. They can't be exchanged for money, goods or anything of value outside Rush, and they can't be transferred, sold or traded between people.

Nothing you do with tickets pays you money.

who can play

You must be 18 or older to use tickets. You may use them only where this kind of entertainment is allowed. One account per person. We may limit features by location.

getting tickets

Rush gives tickets: a starter amount when you join, daily and comped rewards, and tickets earned from what people do with your work.

If Rush sells tickets, buying them only buys more fun inside Rush. Purchases are final, except where the law requires a refund. You can ask for a refund from settings.

using tickets

Tickets are used inside Rush only: games, markets on what happens next (sports or creator milestones), tips to creators, cover at a club night, and flair. Spending tickets never gets you money back.

how results work

Game results are random and decided by Rush's servers. Each game's rate is set by Rush and fixed. People who make games can't change it.

Markets are decided by the source stated on the market: a sports feed's final score, Rush's own data, or the maker named on the market. A market can be voided, and then every ticket in it is returned.

Rush may correct an error, including reversing tickets given by mistake.

play within your limits

In settings you can set a monthly spending limit on what you spend buying tickets. A lower limit applies at once; a higher one applies after 24 hours.

You can also take a break for 1, 7 or 30 days from settings. During a break you can't spend or buy tickets. A break ends on its own and can't be ended early.

If it stops being fun, stop.

be respectful

Treat people with respect. No abuse or harassment. Abuse or harassment is the one line Rush never lets anyone cross.

Every post, set, room and message can be reported and hidden. Moderation can remove content and accounts. Tickets in a removed account are void.

fair play

No multiple accounts, bots, exploits or collusion. Rush may void tickets and close accounts that break these rules.

changes and ending

Rush can change or end tickets or any feature. Tickets have no value when it does. We will post changes here, with the date.
